Aside from coffee… this is my favorite drink to have in the morning!
Benefits:
Boosts digestion, supports immunity, and kickstarts metabolism.
- Ingredients:
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (grated)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup warm water
- Optional to add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a kick
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
