Benefits:

Boosts digestion, supports immunity, and kickstarts metabolism.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (grated)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Optional to add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a kick

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
