Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon matcha

- 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- Ice cubes
- Optional cinnamon
Instructions:
- Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps. Add 2 tbs of hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or a frother until smooth and frothy.
- Mix in the Colostrum + Collagen: In a separate cup, whisk colostrum powder with the almond milk until fully dissolved. You can use a handheld frother for a smooth, creamy texture.
- Sweeten: If you’d like it sweet, add honey or maple syrup to the almond milk and colostrum mixture. Stir or whisk to combine.
- Pour the colostrum-almond milk mixture over the ice. Gently pour the prepared matcha on top for a layered effect or stir to combine.
