Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado (for creaminess and healthy fats)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)
  • 1 scoop Colostrum Infused Collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Optional to add one scoop plant based protien
  • Handful of Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency with more almond milk or coconut milk if needed.
  3. Optional to add honey
