I have a very stressful job and wear many hats and have been looking for an outlet to remind me of my purpose, how to react, and feel connected to others who have felt or feel the way I do. Your blog and podcast have been the answer to my prayers. I hope that doesn’t weird you out lol I’m just finding that being open and honest with everyone, makes for a better life. Especially when I am honest with those who really truly help me along my walk of life. Thank you for this post. I’ve saved it so I can come back and read again and again.

For periods of significant change or upheaval, I really rely on a yin yoga practice to help restore. It is always important for me to do something creative too, like gardening or painting. I try to incorporate my kids with things like Cosmic Yoga or New Horizons “sleep stories.”
